How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 business day. Demo requests are typically scheduled within 2–3 working days. Technical support for existing customers has a 4-hour SLA.
Can I request a live demo of the platform?
Absolutely! Select "Request a Demo" as your inquiry type and our team will arrange a personalized walkthrough of the PMOS platform tailored to your specific needs and operation size.
Do you offer on-site training in Singapore?
Yes, we provide on-site training for Professional and Enterprise plan subscribers. Training covers platform setup, technician onboarding, compliance workflows, and reporting. Contact our team to schedule.
How is my data protected?
PMOS is fully PDPA-compliant. All data is hosted on Singapore-based servers, encrypted with 256-bit AES at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We conduct annual security audits and maintain strict access controls. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What support channels are available?
We offer email support (all plans), live chat and phone support (Professional+), and a dedicated account manager (Enterprise). Our Help Centre also has extensive self-service guides and tutorials.
